Masterplan
Here's a brief excerpt from the Masterplan:
"I was also asked to provide my input on the potential placement of new orange tees, which bunkers should be removed or adjusted, green areas, tee areas, and signage.
In the attached documents, you will find 99 detailed proposals for the 18-hole course and 36 proposals for the 9-hole course. We will go through these proposals on-site during a course walk, where I will have the opportunity to explain why I suggest the various actions, their purpose, and the effect they will have. If you follow these recommendations, you will have a 'better product' for members and guests.
The holes will become:
- More aesthetic/beautiful (although this is subjective, I believe that the majority will appreciate the adjustments, as it has been with all my other clients).
- More distinct and well-defined.
- More adaptable to suit all categories of players, from recreational to elite.
- More playable for those who can only hit low shots (and there are many such players).
- In some cases, safer.
- I also believe that several holes will become more enjoyable for a broader range of players, as golf should be fun.
